Pallet-Track - Trailer Freight

In September 2021 we were delighted to reveal we had become proud members of the Pallet-Track network. This is an extremely exciting venture for TFI and, following the challenging nature of the previous 18 months, this gives us a clear route to take advantage of any forthcoming economic expansion in the UK economy.

The Pallet-Track network was established in 2004 to be the best network in terms of process, quality, and service. This ethos has been the key to them building such a strong network of likeminded shareholder members. Pallet-track are committed to excellence and doing things right with these words underpinning everything they do. Pallet-Track offers a wide range of services and delivery options to make sure your pallet or pallets get to where they need to be when they need to be there. Every pallet is tracked by a bespoke IT system, so we always know where your good are at anytime. The network successfully collected and delivered over 3.2 million pallets last year* Thanks to the robust network of member depots, we have full UK coverage as well as Europe and worldwide coverage. Whatever you are sending, it is in safe hands. Our network offers decades of experience as well as unrivalled levels of service.

Since 2004 we have put service excellence at the top of our priority list. To us service excellence is the minimum standard. That’s why we continuously invest in our hubs, our IT and our people.

We are proud to have built and strong network, whether members have been with us since night one or recently joined they are a vital part of the operation.

Our night and day hub teams work tirelessly so maintain our zero pallets lost record by managing our optimised sort operation with our ethos of doing it right running through everything they do.

Our fleet of FLT’s run on low emission LPG and are all hydrostatic and fitted with in cab adjustable fork spreaders to cater to different sizes of advantage of new technology as and when it becomes available.

The entire operation is covered by digital CCTV so your pallets, along with each pallet being scanned in and out our hubs, this allows us to monitor where your pallet is at every step.
